The Central New York Joint Apprentice Training Committee Training Program can help you get your start in a career that offers excellent wages and benefits, fulfilling work, and advancement opportunities – a career in the electrical construction industry.

A joint training program funded by the Finger Lakes Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 43, the Central New York JATC training program can provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary for an exciting career as a union electrician, and provide you with good wages as you train.

Challenge your mind and body working on some of the hottest projects in the Central New York area, some examples are Novelis’ Aluminum Manufacturing Expansion in Oswego, NY, SUNY IT's QUAD C Computer Chip Commercialization Center in Utica, NY. Destiny USA’s Shopping Center in Syracuse NY and the Byrne Dairy’s Yogurt Manufacturing Facility in Cortlandville, NY just to name a few.

Work on a variety of exciting projects from commercial construction, to the installation of industrial motor controls, to instrumentation and calibration.
